A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA), a former member of the Karachi Stock Exchange and a prominent businessman of Karachi, Mr. Asif Ali Rashid is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. 
 
His experience of auditing of leading commercial banks of Pakistan during his association with M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants has endowed Mr. Asif Ali Rashid with an astute and detailed knowledge of the financial sector. His special acumen on financial products and commands of financial management and his entrepreneurial skills are additional qualifications, which have been instrumental in the business success of the group. 

He is the Chief Executive of Almurtaza Machinery Company (Pvt) Limited and Managing Director of Alrashid Microcomputers (Pvt) limited.
